**Purpose of Position**: The aim is to ensure the consistent and informed management of purchasing activities and related administrative processes to cover the absence of a colleague on maternity leave.
**Description of the main activities / responsibilities**:
- Purchasing of materials for the office
- Administration
- Back-office activities:
- Contracts lifecycle management and data entry
- Statistics and reporting preparation
- Powerpoint presentation
- Front-office activities:
- Negotiations of certain packaging materials
- Indirect services and products scouting and buying
**Requierements**:
- ** Education**: High school diploma
- ** Professional Skills**: knowledge of principal negotiation methods.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of related experience in purchasing or similar roles (administrative)
- **Language Skills**: Proficient English is mandatory.
A second language (French / German) knowledge is preferred.
- **Computer Skills**: MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- ** Behavioural Requirements**:Precision and attention to details, organizational skills, communication skills, multitasking.
