Purpose of Position: The aim is to ensure the consistent and informed management of purchasing activities and related administrative processes to cover the absence of a colleague on maternity leave.
Description of the main activities / responsibilities: Purchasing of materials for the office Administration Back-office activities: Contracts lifecycle management and data entry Statistics and reporting preparation PowerPoint presentations Front-office activities: Negotiations of certain packaging materials Indirect services and products scouting and buying Requirements: Education: High school diploma Professional Skills: Knowledge of principal negotiation methods.
Experience: 2+ years of related experience in purchasing or similar roles (administrative) Language Skills: Proficient English is mandatory.
A second language (French / German) knowledge is preferred.
Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Behavioural Requirements: Precision and attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, multitasking.
