To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Procurement Specialist to join the Technology Procurement team based in Bologna.
Role Purpose: You will lead and own the procurement and contractual process for the assigned portfolio of Information & Communication Technology Vendors.
The successful candidate will have ownership in driving the procurement process (including the RFI, RFQ and RFP processes) for supply of Hardware, Software and Professional Services related to Information Technology projects and programmes.
In addition, you will own the administrative process for contractual agreements drafting as well as assist the business with contract management.
You will operate in compliance with the Procurement Policy to minimize the Total Cost of Ownership for the Company and will collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as Project Owners, Budget Owners, Controllers, Account Payable, Legal teams and Third Parties.
Location: our office in Zola Predosa (Bologna) or Milan, depending on candidate preference

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing: Receive Purchase Requisition from internal stakeholders, analyse, understand and optimize their needsIdentify and pursue synergies, technology sharing and economies of scaleAnalyse relevant markets and recommend sourcing strategy for managed projectsImplement RFI/ RFQ/ RFP processes through YNAP's online procurement platformOptimize Total Cost of Ownership by taking into consideration pricing, payment terms, quality of supply, risk management and competitive advantage for YNAPCoordinate contractual documentation drafting and management process (NDAs, SOW, Contracts & Contract Renewals etc).
