Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with experience in a procurement, supply chain or sourcing role, sound knowledge of SAP and English fluency.
Must have?Experience as procurement specialist or in a similar role, fluent English (B2 level +), experience working with SAP and great communication skills.
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for:Researching suppliers of goods and services, preparing proposals and requesting quotes;Negotiating new contracts and development of the suppliers' network;Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements while tracking inventory;Executing approved purchases of goods and services;Managing, monitoring and maintaining all data in SAP; e.g., price lists, purchase info records, certifications, master data changes;Monitoring supplier performance and handling complaints;Managing contract reviews while ensuring contract performance is managed in line with KPI's;Checking invoices and rebates;Analysing industry and demand trends supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies;Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Industrial Chemistry, Business or related disciplines;Experience as procurement specialist or similar role, such as supply chain, purchasing or sourcing roles;Good understanding of procurement processes;Experience with SAP;Fluent English (B2 level+);Excellent communication skills;Eagerness to grow within the role.What We Offer:Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative company;Strong company culture with additional benefits.LOCATION: Milan (Italy).
