YOUR TEAM You'd be working in a group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research activities of the Foundation. You will be part of a team specialized in robotics purchases, coordinated by the Robotics Area Coordinator Dr. Valentina Rosso and reporting to the Purchase Director, Dr. Enzo Gelati.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Purchasing orders' drafting and management of subsequent related activities; Negotiation of buying terms with vendors; Supplier's Data entry and management. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a similar discipline; Documented experience (3+ years) in purchase order issuance and supplier's data management; Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel; Cooperative approach with the stakeholders; Accuracy and good analytical skills. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Previous experience in Accounting in public environment; Knowledge of public procurement laws; Knowledge of SAP tool (MM); Good negotiation and communication skills; Stakeholders oriented; Strong problem-solving attitude; High motivation to learn; Spirit of innovation and creativity; Good at time and priority management; Ability to work in a challenging and international environment; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment; Good command of spoken and written English.
