Procurement Specialist

Manpower, divisione On Site ricerca per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore automotive ricerca le seguenti figure: Procurement Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor the weekly basis scheduling from plants to suppliers to meet plants' requirements, in particular for suppliers' delay Monitor, plan, and evaluate for material deliveries from supplier to CFS according to plants requests Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production and or shipping, supporting also other internal teams. Utilize any material system, customized or not, that are in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date, resolving any issues as required collaborating with other teams, such as Purchasing, ICT and Governance. Monitor inventory levels at CFS against agreed target levels. Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organization. Collaborate with internal and external teams to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production, in particular when an arbitration is needed. Work with suppliers on supporting them for all day-to-day activities and suppliers' concerns Work with customer interfaces on supporting them for plants' concerns. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of MRP, scheduling/planning and inventory level Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Access) Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering 2 years of experience in the role or in a similar one in production vetrinabakeca
