**Posizione**:
We are looking for a **Procurement Specialist **who, reporting to the Procurement Manager, will work to reinforce and expand the NHOA's Suppliers ecosystem.
**Main Tasks and Duties:
- Develop and implement the procurement strategy to reach the objectives defined;
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors;
- Prepare and issue RFIs and RFQs;
- Analyse and compare quotes (from prices, T&Cs, lead time, list of exclusions);
- Evaluate and negotiate in team and propose to Deal Team awards of the bid, that meets specifications, T&Cs, quality, budget and schedule;
- Maintain and upload procurement files;
- Daily contact with Team Members (System Engineering, Project Manager, Production etc..);
- Pro-actively manage relationship with internal stakeholders building up effective relationships of mutual trust, understanding business priorities and ensuring relevant business insight will have the right importance in the procurement strategy;
- Manage and implement the procurement process ensuring the compliance of the entire process (e.g.
negotiation and contracting phases);
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs;
- Manage the relationship with strategic vendors while monitoring supply market evolution / innovation;
- Implement meaningful KPIs for each category assigned that will enable effective monitoring of the efficiency, compliance, processes and internal stakeholder satisfaction;
- Proactively manage and mitigate risks and guarantee a prompt resolution of possible supply issues.
**Requisiti**:
- Bachelor's Degree;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Procurement related on EPC contracting / manufacturing low / medium / high voltage electrical equipment;
- Proven experience in successfully select valuable suppliers;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of other languages such as French or Germany would be a plus;
- Organised, self-directed and efficient at work;
- Able to set and maintain high standards of performance;
- Committed and accountable for completing tasks successfully and independently;
- Comfortable with self-making next-step decisions;
- "Think outside of the box" creative mind;
- Costumer and results oriented.
