Procurement Specialist

**Poste**:
The Procurement specialist is the link between the Supply Chain, the suppliers and the Industrial Poles to ensure the respect of the Production Plan.
She/he translates the Delivery Needs into a Production Plan (100% external) end then issue the orders to the suppliers for all the categories concerned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage finished product orders
- Check the order confirmations, check the delivery schedule and solicit orders from suppliers
- Dialogue with the buyers / industrializers of the Industrial Poles in order to share production visibility, verify supplier's capacity and the procurement of raw materials.
- Dialogue with the Supply Chain and Merchandising in Paris for the follow up of the strategies on the reference categories
- Draw up reports on the status of seasonal and permanent deliveries
- Follow, animate and communicate the related KPIs
**Profil**:
PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- University degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent;
- 2/3 years of experience in the role (supply chain or purchaising);
- Fluent English and Italian (French is a plus);
- Strong computer skills, proficient in the entire Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI) and SAP
- Excellent oral, written communication, interpersonal, and corporate-level presentation skills
- Strong planning, time management, and organization skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to take initiative, work independently and be an effective member of a team
- Flexible with ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet on-going deadlines efficiently
- Ability to travel when necessary
