We foster excellence in both fundamental and applied research, spanning fields such as neuroscience and cognition, humanoid technologies and robotics, artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, and material sciences, offering a truly interdisciplinary scientific experience.YOUR TEAMYou'd be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise.You will mainly support the Ai4i related Purchasing activities, within the Procurement Directorate coordinated by the Purchasing Manager.Responsibilities:Support the activities related to the procedures for the assignment of goods and services for amounts below 140Keu value, in accordance with the current legislation on public procurement and with internal purchase procedures;Support the drafting of the tender documentation and the publication of the tender procedure;Support the management of the tender, up to the drafting and signing of the contract;Purchasing orders' drafting and management of subsequent related activities;Negotiating with external suppliers;Supporting RUP activities (e.g.
CIG related activities)You will daily and in-depth deal with the legislation of the Procurement Code and the main services that Anac (AVCPass, AUSA, etc.)
makes available.
