Key Responsibilities and Activities of the Procurement Operations Internship The Procurement Operations Intern will provide expertise and support the Category and Regional teams in the following areas: E-sourcing support and management, RFx and tender preparation Supplier onboarding Process compliance: tracking and continuous improvement Create and maintain KPI dashboards Master Data creation and maintenance Create and animate document repositories Training and support in tools and processes Key Relationships Internal: Global and Regional Procurement Global Supply Chain Global FP&A Global Business Services Global IT External: External partners in the procurement field (service providers, etc.)
Suppliers Education / Professional Qualifications University degree, preferably in Business Management, Economics, Engineering Procurement or Supply Chain certification desired, but not mandatory Soft Skills required Good interpersonal skills, combining a collaborative approach with the drive to focus on business outcomes and completing tasks Good facilitation skills with effective communication Strong analytical skills Must be able to work autonomously Technical Skills/Experience desired Understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain drivers and dynamics Experience in operations delivery and optimization Experience in a multinational environment Project management; structured and detailed in the approach to tasks and projects Process minded; Lean Six Sigma desired High technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint IT literacy SAP literacy Language skills: Fluent English mandatory, Italian is a strong plusOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
