Il tuo nuovo ruoloFor implementing procurement department, we are looking for a Procurement Operation Manager responsible for: Overseeing and enhancing Procurement practices, ensuring optimal performance, and driving efficiencies across the Procurement function. He/She will be achieved by leveraging the use of digital tools already available and developing new ones, implementing them at group level through the analysis of existing processes with the goal of optimize and standardize them in a global perspective.Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure cost trend; savings; project implementation and Procurement performance.Support the implementation of a contract management system by configuring processes and flows related to all Procurement activities.Regularly assess procurement processes and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.Identify and implement a Category Management model (locally, as well as at globally)Setting up structured Suppliers Relationship Management modalities, specific for the main spend categories and structured system to monitor supplier performance, leveraging on the collaboration between stakeholders and buyers.Promote and support the evolution of digital procurement processes and systems across the Global Procurement organization.Analyse procurement data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunitiesDi cosa hai bisogno per aver successoWe are looking for an outstanding candidate, with a bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or Engineering, at least 5 years of previous experience in procurement department in structured international company or consultancy with strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and processes.The ideal candidate is passionate about improving process, excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. able to adapt to changes and complexity, as well as communicate and collaborate effectively with all company stakeholders.He/ She should have abilities in managing complex scenarios and contexts, Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools (Jaggaer and SAP preferred) and Microsoft. Is also required fluency in English Language.
