To strengthen our team at our Bolzano office, we are looking for a Procurement Manager (m/f/d) to handle the purchase of components for our plants, such as wind turbines, photovoltaic panels, inverters, etc., and to manage contracts for the construction of the plants.
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the procurement team in coordinating and managing tenders by interacting with potential suppliers;Negotiating technical and commercial terms with potential suppliers;Coordinating with the legal team to prepare contracts;Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers;Analyzing and managing purchasing systems in collaboration with the Engineering and Project Management teams;Constantly monitoring the market to identify savings opportunities and improve procurement processes.Required skills and qualifications: Technical high school diploma or University degree in Engineering;Preferably some experience in a company;Ability to manage projects effectively;Good command of written and spoken English, necessary for negotiation and contract drafting;Knowledge of software packages needed for reading and modifying contract documentation (e.g., Word, Excel);Knowledge of procurement principles and familiarity with procurement management tools is a plus.Personal attitudes: Ability to work in a team;Excellent communication and negotiation skills;Good problem-solving abilities;Willingness to travel, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing environments;Strong relational skills, professional behavior and confidentiality.This position is also open to individuals belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
