Our client is an international company leader for production of high-end building materials, with the aim to reduce CO2, increase the sustainability and the share of the circular economy, favouring the recycling process.
For the upgrading of the **Purchasing Department**, we are seeking:

**PROCUREMENT MANAGER EPS XPS - PLASTICS**:
**Requisiti**:
Reporting to the Industrial Manager EPS / XPS division - South Europe, He/She will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Define, together with the Management and the team, a solid **strategy** to increase and optimize **purchasing volumes** to get the company targets.
- Manage & increase the current portfolio of sources, as well as the network, in **Italy and Balkan Countries.

- Search (Sourcing), **analyze and select suppliers** according to different criteria (Qualitative, Regulatory, Solvency, Pricing, Logistics, etc.
).
- **Negotiate the purchases of raw materials** while ensuring the security of supply, to the achievement of the negotiated contractual conditions, manage the disputes in the respect of the internal and legal procedures.
- **Develop new industrial EPS / XPS projects **(densifying and melting machinery).
- Gather relevant local information about **waste legislation** and the related market.
- Represent the company is the related National Associations concerning recyclability.
**Altre informazioni**:
Negotiation skills and expertise in logistics, finance and legal aspects ideally complete the profile.
**Fluency in English and Italian is required **(B2 / C2).
