Procurement Manager

FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A. is a leading company in the production of energy from renewable sources, in particular in the field of wind power.The Group's activities and core competencies includes all the steps of design, building, production and sales of electrical energy, including the analysis and evaluation of the landscape and of the approval process.To enforce our team, we are looking for a Procurement Officer for the purchasing department who is responsible for the procurement of photovoltaic panels, inverters and electrical components for substations.The ideal candidate will be in charge in the final phase of wind and photovoltaic project developments and in the pre-construction phase of these projects. He/She will be responsible for preparing the contractual documentation in full EPC or EPCM modality that is aimed at the purchase of the components constituting the system. He/She will execude the activities directly in and/or as support of the various teams of legal management, legal department and technical area team for contract definition. Tasks also include: coordinating and managing tenders in cooperation with the Procurement team, project manager and legal department interacting with potential supplierssupporting the preparation of the tender contract for the supply of panels and electrical components, interacting with the relevant internal departments and the supplierpotential support to the project manager during the management of the tender contractRequirements and qualifications required:master's degree or diploma in engineeringprior work experience in a companygood knowledge of both written and spoken English, necessary for negotiating and drafting contractssolid knowledge of software packages necessary for reading and editing contractual documentation (e.g. word, excel)Personal skills:teamplayerwillingness to travel, flexibility and adaptativegoal orientatedproblem solvergreat negotiatorgood interpersonal skills, flexibility, professional standing and confidentialityLanguage skills: ITALIAN MOTHER LANGUAGE, GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH The contract type and salary level will be established according to the profile and experience of the successful candidate.We offer a safe job in a family business, with numerous opportunities for personal and professional development with a competitive salary; we also offer benefits (supplementary pension and health care), meal vouchers and a cafeteria.
