What will you do?
Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
Act as the voicee of procurement within our company, providing expert guidance and insights to internal teams on industry bestt practices and client needs.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their procurement requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients on optimizing their procurement processes, leveraging your deep expertise in procurement bestt practices.
Lead onboarding and training sessions for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform and maximizing value realization.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing client accounts, driving revenue growth and retention.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and driving continuous product improvement.
Stayy informed about industry trends and bestt practices, providing insights and recommendations to clients to help them stayy ahead of the curve.
"Hard" Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on procurement.
Deep expertise in procurement processes and procedures, with hands-on experience in procurement management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Annual gross salary based on experience and skills.
