NES Fircroft are looking for a Procurement Engineer for our Marine specialist client based in Venice, Italy.
The main purpose of this role is to support to Procurement in offshore development projects
including onsite construction activities.

Salary: Negotiable
Hours: 40 hours per week
Rotation: 5 days on, 2 days off
Current length: May 2024 – December 2024
Key responsibilities:
As the Procurement Engineer, you will be responsible for: Acquiring equipment, materials, spare parts, consumables and services needed for the project. Work closely with the engineering and supply chain departments to analyse technical requirements, identifying suitable suppliers, and negotiate contracts., including: Mechanical Rotating Equipment and Spare Parts
Mechanical Static Equipment and Spare Parts
Electrical Equipment and Spare Parts
Instrumentation, Automation, Communication Equipment and Spare Parts
HSE Equipment and Spare Parts
Life saving Equipment and Spare Parts
Piping, Fittings
Electrical, Instrumentation and Communication Cabling
Structural Steel
Welding Materials
Painting Materials
Consumables
Welding, Cabling, Scaffolding, Fueling for Construction, Logistics for Construction, other Constr. Services
Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role and environment Marine experience is essential Previous experience working in construction and/or commissioning Degree in a business related field
