Starting from 3 plants in 2011, we have now reached a total amount of 17 sites adhering to the World Class program.
As WCM Manufacturing and logistic cost deployment support, reporting to the Plant Industrial controller, you will have the task of supporting the cost deployment team and the logistic team in the execution of the Cost Deployment in preparation of the Audit for the Silver Award.
Your main responsibilities will include: Data collection and data analysis Supporting the Pillar Leaders in closing gaps against criteria for achieving the WCM Silver Award Strong collaboration with industrial controlling to link analysis with plant business and economical kpi Strong collaboration with Logistic manager to identify losses and project opportunities within internal logistic processes Actively participating in audit preparation Knowledge growth opportunities: Wide training on Lean/WCM methods with specific focus on losses analysis and cost deployment.
Hands on approach with challenging and interesting tasks during the internship period High visibility within a growing organization due the preparation of a Silver Award Audit As ideal candidate, you have a Master's Degree in the Economics (preferred) or Management domain and have strong Italian and English language skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint, good analytical skills.
You have a pragmatic and entrepreneurial spirit, organizational and planning skills, ability to work in team and to engage and mobilize the wider organization.
