The role of the Procurement and Controlling Specialist will belong to and be responsible for managing activities related to the Operations team.
Lockers represent a small percentage of e-commerce deliveries in Italy today, but the desire for greater sustainability and more convenient solutions for consumers is creating a strong need for alternatives to traditional "home" deliveries.
InPost is revolutionizing logistics services through a significant expansion of our automated locker network.
Key Responsibilities: Supplier Issue Resolution & Capex Control Ensure timely responses from suppliers Align with capex control objectives, invoicing management, and SLA Negotiate and structure contracts, pricing lists and ensure contract compliance Support in Strategic Sourcing & Asset and Stock Management (primary assets and spare parts) Assist senior procurement team members in developing and implementing processes and controls Focus on enhancing negotiation skills Understand supplier markets Ensure efficient asset management throughout the procurement cycle Process Efficiency Audit & Fixed Cost Management Conduct audits of procurement processes to identify inefficiencies Optimize fixed cost management Serve as a point of contact with Operations, Finance, and Legal departments Qualifications: Excel: Intermediate level Basic level PowerPoint Basic knowledge of different tools (i.e.
