Procurement Category Manager - Metal StampingAll about the role:Directly reporting to the Purchasing Director, Mechanical Transformation, you will be responsible for the category ownership (from budget to strategy definition, from finding cost improvement to following up running business, from scouting suppliers to innovations) for Metal Transformation category, with focus on metal stampingWhat you will do:Demonstrated ability to develop and retain strong supplier relationships with 360 degrees approach (focusing on cost, quality, delivery, sustainability, risk management, innovation…) and extensive negotiation skills.Working in collaboration with Product Line Purchasing and Business Area Purchasing to build and deploy a category strategy that aligns all Product Line and Business Areas requirements supporting new project timing execution and matching with company targets.Manage relationships / partnerships with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders in different BAResponsible of BU definition and implementation, Cost Model, NOWC extension, supplier base definition Manage and evaluate contractual agreement terms to ensure compliance.Address / support resolution to supplier driven performance issues as well as activities on supplier development and improvement projects.Who you are:Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or EquivalentMinimum 3-5 years of relevant strategic sourcing and category management experienceStrong soft skills in managing relationships with both external and internal stakeholders inside a global environment and at different hierarchical levelsGreat communication skillsAbility to manage large data sets, and convert to actionable information / intelligence / actionsFluent English written and spokenWhere you'll be: You'll be based in an international context in the central office for Purchasing in Europe in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice.Benefits include:Flexible work hours/hybrid work modelDynamic and collaborative environmentWorld-class learning opportunities and flexible career pathDiscounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and servicesAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
