For our Global Procurement Department, we are looking for a Procurement Sourcing Excellence Expert who will coordinate the backoffice activities of both SRM ESG and SAP platforms as well as will support the compliance to European Regulations in Coordination with the Legal Dept.
In his/her role the candidate: will be the Group focal point for SRM maintenance and development, dashboard management, interacting with De Nora Key Users (KUs) and Jaggaer the SRM provider to implement changes, supporting budgeting and solve problems will be the Group focal point for the ESG platform maintenance, suppliers registration and dashboard management interacting with De Nora KUs will be the focal point for monitoring the adoption and the coherence of "changes" made in SAP informing the KUs of anomalies will check at global level the information provided by suppliers and approved by the buyer in the SRM granting the consistency and highlighting anomalies will coordinate quarterly checks on imports of CBAM-relevant materials by EU entities will be responsible in compiling the portal (also with consultants) in case of CBAM imports for Italian legal entities will coordinate a periodical control of imported volumes for relevant materials pursuant to the 3TG+ Cobalt Regulation for the EU entities will be responsible in coordination with CP and Compliance to send declarations or requesting conflict mineral declarations to customers/suppliers will coordinate with Compliance to activate periodical check of the presence of suppliers in critical countries in order to activate if the case the due diligence (periodical and in the onboarding phase) will acquire and verify (completeness, clarification request to supplier in case of dual or restricted materials according to other regulations) of the Export Control Declaration which will be introduced with the Export and Sanction procedure (for CP/ETR and to support WT and Germany) will be in charge, from the Procurement side and in coordination with the Legal Function, of coordinating the actions and collecting the data required by the EU regulations in terms of supply at Group level Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering Knowledge of CRM Knowledge of the quality system and ESG Place of work: Milan We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in our diverse and inclusive environment.
