Our search is focused on people who value teamwork, combined with a great work ethic and a passion for helping people. Successful candidates will utilize time management to execute the flow of products from arrival on the sorting table to placement on the sales floor as well as prioritizing cleanliness for operational excellence. We are recruiting smiling self-motivators, who are results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Primary Job Duties Loading and unloading cartsInspecting clothes and other itemsClassifying items based upon manufacturer, quality, and condition levelsCleaning and preparing items for the sales floorSorting and pricing productsKeeping work area neat and cleanWorking safely and efficientlyOther duties as may be assigned by managementSkills & Qualifications High School Degree, GED or equivalent work experiences preferredMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. as well as push and pull up to 50 lbs.Able to work in a team-oriented environmentAble to understand and execute company policies and proceduresExcellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritizeCapable of building and sustaining relationships with peers and managementAble to accurately keep records and communicate progress to managementDemonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple activities at one timeOn-the-job training provided#IND123
