You will be based in Monza or in Rubiera.What you will do As our Processing Account Manager you will be responsible for: Driving opportunity management and sales of equipment or lines in different food categories ( Cheese, Diary Processing and Ice Cream) including responsibility for sales budget and margins Building a strong relationship with assigned customers Providing inputs to the development of the new products and participate in industrialization of new products Coordinating Business Intelligence with continuous studies and support ad hoc studies development Reporting of the market situation: won and lost orders, forecast, ongoing and planned activities Securing a seamless and transparent collaboration with other functions in the company We believe you have Bachelors Degree in Diary/ Cheese Engineering/ Technology (preferred) Commercial experience: minimum 2 years experience in Sales of capital equipment for liquid food processing Experience of key account management is preferred Ability to travel within Italy ( cca 40%) Fluency in English and Italian Excellent communications skills Good presentation skills Positive, can do attitude, open for a long-term opportunity with an international mindset Ability to work individually and a good team player Excellent sales and negotiation skills As a person, you are:Dynamic, self-determined, independent decision maker, business-driven, have a proactive vs reactive approach Able to adapt and change of directions fast Deal with uncertainty and can view different perspectives to problem solving Analytical and strategic thinking professional We Offer You A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements We look forward to receiving your applicationPlease apply directly via the Monster Apply button.About us We are specialists in complete solutions for the processing, packaging and distribution of food products.
