- designing of new operating processes resulting from the development of the Bank's offer in favor of customers or resulting from the implementation of regulatory changes
- proposing assessments on the size of the workforce of the various organizational units of the Bank
- organizing work groups to receive proposals and new ideas on the management of activities on new products and services to be offered to customers and / or the Distribution Network
Core Skills
- Master's degree in management engineering Economics or related disciplines
- Background in organizational projects with team coordination or project stream roles
- experience of organizational models and organizational analysis methodologies (example Lean)

- Experience in financial services consulting firm or experience in the Organization of Banks
- Process analysis and structure sizing projects
- Participation in new platform development projects
- Experience in the analysis and implementation of new organizational models
- Experience of organizational analysis methodologies (i.e.
Lean Banking, VSM)
