At Ventana Serra, the Business Process function takes care of the fundamental task of defining and implementing business processes and procedures at a global level, harmonizing the processes of the foreign branches in compliance with local business requirements.

**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:
- To operate across all business functions, from operations towards sales, administration and much more
- To analyze, write up and update operational procedures supporting the Business Unit Director in the development of the business model
- To define KPIs and audit/monitoring in order to improve business efficiency in collaboration with the Business Unit Director and Branch/Operations Manager
- To manage processes and organization of a wide projects portfolio inclusive of Direction's strategical projects, improvement initiatives and customer projects
- To work closely with the IT Business Partner making sure that information systems are in support of the business process organization, for an increasingly and pervasive digitization
- To partecipate to the operational start-up phase of new branches
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You have a BS degree in Management Engineering, Maths or similar
- You are passionate and with a positive attitude
- You have a super logical and analytical mindset
- You are precise and love a job well done
- You are a digital thinker and you have excellent knowledge of Office package (Excel in particular), better if you also have command of other IT tools
- You are fluent in English
