Process Quality Engineer Intern We are looking for a motivated Process Quality Engineer Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in process and product risk evaluation.
The internship will focus on learning and applying the PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) methodology.
This is a unique opportunity to develop key skills in quality management while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Learn the PFMEA process: Acquire a deep understanding of how to assess potential failure modes and their effects on both process and product quality.
Assist in organizing and coordinating the group that will be identified as the PFMEA team, ensuring effective collaboration.
Collaborate on process mapping: Work with the PFMEA team to design detailed process flow diagrams, identifying potential risk sources at each phase.
Support to calculate the risk index for each element based on predefined instructions, highlighting areas of concern.
Together with the PFMEA team, draft an action plan aimed at mitigating or eliminating the identified risks, ensuring process and product quality improvement.
Who You Are: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Interest in learning PFMEA methodology and quality management systems.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with technical documentation.
Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
