Partner with the best In this role, you will lead quality initiatives, ensuring the cost of quality (COQ), defect reduction, and QMS compliance for the Gas Turbine Line.
As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for: Leading Gas Turbine Product Line quality through RCA, corrective actions, audits, and quality initiatives.
Addressing customer issues with RCA, corrective/preventative actions, and cross-functional collaboration.
Driving defect/COQ reduction, ensuring corrective/preventative actions and non-conformity management are effective.
Overseeing quality program reviews with COE leaders, aligning with engineering and quality teams, ensuring ISO compliance.
Managing qualification, surveillance, and audits for special processes and farm-in/farm-out activities.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Have a bachelor's in STEM with technical knowledge and problem-solving skills (RCA).
Have relevant experience in Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering, with knowledge of welding processes.
Be fluent in Italian and English, with availability to travel and work in a global environment.
Be collaborative, multitasking, a self-starter with a critical mindset and a proactive approach to change.
Have an EU work permit.
