In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute, and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home.About the role:As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be operating in a continuously changing and challenging environment of Industry 4.0.You are responsible for:Create and maintain the site's Process Control PlansManage the site's measurement instruments periodical calibrationsCoordinate and collaborate with other departments in MSA and SPC activities for current and new processesSupport the quality team in process audits non-conformities managementSupport the quality team and other departments in quality-analytical activitiesProvide Quality support in the product development phase, participating in FMEASupport manufacturing in problem-solving activities using the 8D methodology to preserve product Quality and improve customer satisfactionMonitor quality-related data using statistical analysis and business intelligence tools to contribute to continuous improvementElaborate and present quality reportingCollaborate with other departments in Industry 4.0 activities (automatic data collection)Collaborate with other departments in periodical check-points for new automationsAlert IT and Global Manufacturing Engineering of potential and real data issues (lack of automatic data, errors in data flow)Support the quality team and other departments with PCP issues regarding the management systemWho you are:Master's or bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering (chemical, electronic, or mechanical)Good knowledge of statistical analysisGood knowledge of metrology and calibrationGood knowledge of Quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, 8D, Pareto, Ishikawa)Good knowledge of 360-degree Quality SystemsInternal audit experience and certification is considered a plusPrevious experience in a similar role in a production process environment (experience in structured companies would is considered a plus)Six Sigma certification and Minitab software are considered a plusExcel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and programming languages are considered a plus.Languages:Fluent in Italian and English.Where you will be based:You will be based in Susegana (TV), in our 4.0 Plant.Benefits highlights:- Flexible work hours;- Extensive learning opportunities and a flexible career path.As part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
