In this role you:You'll improve activities necessary to collect information in order to guarantee the critical analysis of the production data for the optimization of parameters in terms of quality;You'll manage data and information to support the Warehouse supervisor for analysis of periodical reports, underlining corrections and identifying possible issues;You'll manage customer complaints until their closure, with root cause analysis activities and definition of CAPAs;You'll investigate the root cause of NCRs, propose corrective actions, assist and monitor the implementation of process changes and trends;You'll prepare and distribute reports, graphs, and analyses of both internal NCs and customer complaints;Monitor customer quality indicators;Monitor the quality and timing of problems and their implementation, including technical realization;Increase Quality KPI and consequently decrease penalties;Conduct NCR root cause analysis and propose solutions.Now, here's what we need from you:Degree in Management Engineering or Economics;4 years experience;Experience in Performance Management, productivity, and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable;Familiar with tools such as Six Sigma and Lean production;The role holder must be dynamic and goal-oriented, enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan;The role holder must act with self-initiative but understand the role as an integrated team role;Experience is needed to collaborate with ops managers across all levels within a country;Fluency in English.
