Process & Lean Engineering Manager

Process Lean Manufacturing ManagerAll about the role:We are looking for a Process Lean Engineering Manager to be responsible for the team devoted to process design, operation, and implementation in wide areas of processes. You will manage and optimize current processes and complexities, ensuring compliance with equipment according to current legislation and certifications. You will drive the improvement of industrial processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability while industrializing a new product platform.What you'll do:Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.Assess automatic and manual processes to obtain optimum performance.Lead the introduction of best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.Manage cost and time constraints.Contribute to risk assessments and PFMEA.Guarantee the definition of process documentation and operating instructions.Qualifications:Master's or Bachelor's degree in Technical, Industrial engineering, or similar.Min. 5 years working in process engineering (in a structured manufacturing industry preferably) is required.Experience in team coordination is a plus.Deep Knowledge of Complex systems commissioning and highly automated systems.Knowledge of health and safety regulations, machinery directive, and Work Balancing.Result-driven approach.Good leadership skills, lean manufacturing culture/certification.Required languages: Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.Where you'll be:We would love to see you at our Electrolux Food Preservation site in Susegana (TV) only 1 hour's distance from the city of Venice.
