EMEA Hub Process Improvement Specialist

**Y**our day-to-day responsibilities include**:
He/she will focus on plan, implement, and evaluate improvements in business processes and practices.
He/she will be accountable to the development of the continuous improvement culture for the whole Supply Chain Hub, facilitates cross-functional team work to achieve objectives and standardize processes.
The resource is expected to challenge conventional thinking and explore different perspectives with key stakeholders, understand needs for data, perform analysis and regular reporting for the Supply Chain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve business goals by developing and implementing process improvements.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate process improvement projects with cross functional teams.
- Create efficiencies inside the site with a focus on continuous improvements.
- Provide support and guidance to team when needed.
- Develop and maintain process improvement policies and infrastructure.
- Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.
- Maintain and update all process related documents.
- Train resources in process improvement techniques.
- Monitor and routinely report out on process performance and improvements in key metrics.
- Determines project scopes and schedules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain a list of ongoing Process Improvement projects and track them.
- Work with management to define the short and long-term objectives and potential gains.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve issues that arise, and escalate if necessary.
**Signs of success**
- Promote a continuous improvement culture, identify bottle necks, assesses risks, manages timelines, identifies deliverables and any required resources
- Provide recommendations to improve organizational performance
- Identifies opportunities, recommends strategy and implements system changes or business process improvements to improve operations and KPIs
- Maintains best practices to develop data, analysis and standard processes
**Skills we can't do without**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in process improvement.
- Requires demonstrated ability to lead project or cross-functional teams to resolve, implement or reach consensus on issues.
- Requires strong facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, oral communication, and technical writing abilities.
- Ability to scope, plan, execute, and track projects with autonomy.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Has a results oriented, positive, creative, responsible approach to projects.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree (Management Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience, with focus in process improvement.
**Skills we'd like**:
- Data analysis and modeling skills.
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Preferred knowledge of SAP
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 helpful
- English is a must
