In this new role, you will support the Operations team by working with key data points, diving deep, spotting and analyzing trends, building business needs for change, and targeting areas to deliver the key goals within Amazon Shipping, as well as directly supporting the operations team across ATS (Amazon Transportation Services) and AMZL (Amazon Logistics).You will be a self-starter who is comfortable working with data and questioning the status quo to continuously improve our business.
This role will require you to work closely with the operations team, understanding existing issues with data, working out how to improve, what data points can be developed and presented differently, sharing knowledge on new and existing processes, actively tracking trends, and highlighting opportunities to improve the most important metrics.You will have solid analytical skills and be an effective communicator, but most importantly, you'll be excited about putting our customers first.
