Process Engineering Specialist

The role will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for the following activities: Participate in the definition of technologies, lines and processes.
Design workstations in order to increase efficiency and ergonomics.
Participate in WCM program activities.
Lead continuous improvement activities and the new products development process.
Evaluate Engineering Change Notes from RD department to define applications in production.
Support the implementation of Industry 4.0 inside the plant.
Design new machines and lines and coordinate with external suppliers.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and previous experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of drawing software such as AutoCAD, Cadra, SolidWorks, or 2D/3D technical design is required.
Analytical and planning skills, the ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility complete the profile.
Basic knowledge of English is a requirement.
