The role will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:

Participate in the definition of technologies, lines and processes Design of workstations in order to increase efficiency and ergonomics Activities in the WCM program Lead the continuous improvement activities and the new products development process Evaluate the Engineering Change Notes from R&D department in order to define the application in production Support the implementation of Industry 4.0 inside the plant New machines and lines design and coordination with external suppliers The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and previous experience in the same role. Good knowledge of drawing software such as Autocad/Cadra/Solidworks or 2D/3D technical design are required.

Analytical and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile. Basic knowledge of English is a requirement.
