In the role of Process Engineering & Maintenance Manager, reporting to the Site Director, you will be responsible for building the Process Engineering team and managing the Maintenance department, focusing on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
What will your typical day look like? Plan, design, implement and optimize assembly processes in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Verify the feasibility of new assembly lines, estimating production costs and timelines. Ensure the efficiency of production facilities by preparing and implementing maintenance plans/programs for machines/production lines and supervising activities and interventions. Analyze and identify the causes of inefficiencies in machines/production lines and eliminate them through maintenance interventions. Manage relationships with external maintenance service providers, supervising, controlling, and verifying their interventions. Coordinate and supervise your team, assigning tasks, projects, and objectives. Develop and manage the annual budget for the department. Encourage and promote continuous improvement activities. What do we want to know about you? 5+ years of experience in structured manufacturing environments, within Engineering or Manufacturing departments. 5+ years of experience in coordination roles. Knowledge of Continuous Improvement techniques (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S). Good knowledge of the English language. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Charisma, authority, leadership. Change management and team building skills. Decision making and proactivity. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is considered a plus.
