ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our Plant in Sedico RX (BL). As a Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join the Manufacturing team for the washing, tinting, and coating areas (ADVA). You will be responsible for developing control procedures to ensure all equipment/processes are operating within the Control Plan (PCP); analyzes PCP deviations and manages actions to resolve PCP gaps and promotes, manages, and coordinates activities aimed at continuous improvement in relation to the plant's KPIs: Quality, Efficiency, and Costs. Here are some responsibilities you will have: Drives process control plans (PCPs) and ensures they are followed Organize and structure problem solving Analyze existing processes and actively drive for improvement Collaborates on the launches of industrial projects and new products Work in close coordination with central and local teams PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Each and every one of us lives, breathes, and shapes the success of the company.
