Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a young, motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Plant in Sedico RX (BL) As Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to join Manufacturing team for the washing, tinting and coating areas (ADVA). You will be responsible for developing control procedures to ensure all equipment/processes are operating within the Control Plan (PCP); analyzes PCP deviations and manages actions to resolve PCP gaps and promotes, manages and coordinates activities aimed at continuous improvement in relation to the plant's KPIs: Quality, Efficiency and Costs. Here some responsibilities you will have: • Drives process control plans (PCPs) and ensures they are followed • Organize and structure problem solving • Analyze existing processes and actively drive for improvement • Collaborates on the launches of industrial projects and new products • Work in close coordination with central and local teams PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Each and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.
