As Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join the Manufacturing team for the washing, tinting and coating areas (ADVA).You will be responsible for developing control procedures to ensure all equipment/processes are operating within the Control Plan (PCP); analyzing PCP deviations and managing actions to resolve PCP gaps and promoting, managing and coordinating activities aimed at continuous improvement in relation to the plant's KPIs: Quality, Efficiency and Costs.Here are some responsibilities you will have:Drives process control plans (PCPs) and ensures they are followedOrganize and structure problem solvingAnalyze existing processes and actively drive for improvementCollaborates on the launches of industrial projects and new productsWork in close coordination with central and local teamsPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEEach and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.
