Your role missionReporting into the Engineering Leader located in Italy, the Process Engineer is responsible for optimising and improving the efficiency of the organisation's manufacturing and industrialization processes.
The role ensures the smooth functioning of production lines, develops new techniques, modify existing designs and coordinate process improvement projects.
The primary responsibilities of the role include analysing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance, subsequently it is vocationally cross-functional and as such interacts with all teams involved in the manufacturing process, evaluating workflows, identifying bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions to improve productivity and quality.
The role is also responsible is also responsible for the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, conducting process audits and developing SOP's.
