You will help the OpEx leader to drive the operations strategy for the Mirandola site.
You will help set continuous improvement mindset in the factory as well as the development and training of employees to increase the lean manufacturing skills.
We serve our Respiratory Intervention Operating Unit to deliver solutions and products preventing the onset and improving the management of respiratory failure.ResponsibilitiesPlans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma), including plant re-layout projects, 5S, DFMA, VSM (Value Stream Map), Root Cause/Corrective Action analysis, Cp/Cpk, FPY, standardization and cost reduction initiative.Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.Collects data to identify root cause of problems.Measures performance against process requirements.Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.Performs cost and benefit analyses.Applies statistical techniques, data mining and direct observations to evaluate processes and performance.Must HavesBachelors degree or Technical high school certification requiredMinimum of 5 years of relevant operations, and/or Manufacturing experience with 3+ years of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing experience, or Technical high school certification with a minimum of 8 years of relevant operations, and/or Manufacturing experience with 4+ years of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing experienceMaster Lean Six Sigma GREEN belt certifiedExcellent knowledge of EXCEL for data analysisGood knowledge of Microsoft environmentMinitabPowerBIFluent in Italian and English languageNice to HavesPrior Medical Device/Pharma or Automotive experienceStrong background in manufacturing/operations roleStrategic minded while having the ability to focus on the critical actionsHighly influential and able to sell ideas and approachesStrong interpersonal, presentation, and project management skillsSolid coaching and mentoring competencyAble to influence change without direct authority.We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package to all our employees:Flexible working environmentAnnual Incentive Plan % depending on company resultsPension scheme and group discount on healthcare insuranceTraining possibilities via Cornerstone/Skills LabEmployee Assistance Program and Recognize!
