As part of our Process Engineering team, you will play a key role in enhancing production performance through advanced analysis and innovative solutions.

Process optimization: Analyze and improve process parameters to maximize quality, efficiency, and safety.
Technical problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues in production processes, collaborating with internal departments.

Monitoring and control: Ensure production activities meet corporate KPIs, quality requirements, and regulatory standards.

Required Profile Strong operational experience.
Good maintenance culture .
Project leadership.
Degree in Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles in the chemical or manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of industrial safety regulations (e.g., ATEX, REACH) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
Ability to work in multicultural teams.
