Join us and start the future!YOUR ROLE The position is in ST Agrate 200mm Wafer Fab, Dry Etch process engineering group.
Main job responsibilities and tasks of the team will be: Deliver to manufacturing and grant robust manufacturing processes responding to deadlines, quality and cost requirements in compliance with environmental matters/rules.
Draft equipment specification and operational procedures, manage the spc and apc controls for the relevant equipments processes.
Ensure equipment uptime and productivity targets, OEE targets in cooperation with colleagues, equipment eng, maintenance eng.
Cooperate with different functions (Process Integration, Device eng, Industrial eng, ICT, CAM group etc.)
Manage Process or technology qualification/transfer and industrialization Manage quality methodologies on working environment by widely usage of risk assessment approach implementing or updating control and preventive strategies, based on new requirements or as improvement of current conditions To develop/improve processes through demo and D.O.E.
YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES Master degree (Scientific degree: Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Engineering) Years of Work Experience - 0 to 4.
English Knowledge, problem solving ability, statistical analysis skill.
Good team work ability.
good presentation skills.
