Process Engineer Responsibilities Creates concepts, either internally or in conjunction with machinery suppliers, for new processes that support the technology strategy; Audits equipment with machine suppliers to ensure that the new equipment meets internal and legislative Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and standards; Conducts feasibility studies to verify concepts and develops specifications; Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop optimal workflows and processes; Uses data to identify and implement engineering methodologies that meet design intent and process performance expectations; Demonstrates financial awareness in Process Design and supplier selection; Manages project investments and on-time-delivery of various capital equipment to ensure expenditure is aligned to project plans; Monitors performance against deadlines and milestones; initiating corrective action as needed to support on-time-delivery, expenditure, productivity, and that quality cost targets are met; Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience Relevant certifications, system experience, and training Professional-Level English language skills preferred Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
