Responsibilities: Responsible for development of new and improved processes for custom polymer compounds, including scale up and process testing plans, data analysis, and communication of results. Primary contact with Manufacturing for writing and communication of production specifications. Coordinate with manufacturing partners to establish quality and testing conditions for established Avient products. Participate in the development of scale up, process testing plans, data analysis, and communication of results. Document and prepare product specifications for manufacturing Avient products. Participate in the resolution of plant production issues.
