Process Engineer

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of concept design and feasibility study relating to assets in the Energy sector.Development of the typical documentation of process engineering, in the Basic, FEED and Detail design phase:Process schemes such as PFDs, UFDs, P&IDsMass and energy balancesLists of equipment, lines, fluids, instruments, etc.Datasheet and/or duty spec of equipment and instrumentsCalculation report of process system and utilitiesCause / effect matrix, logic diagrams, process narratives and operational philosophiesHydraulic sizing of the lines and of the main process equipment.Process simulations, using specific software.Development of dedicated calculation sheet.Provide direct or indirect support to engineers or engineering teams by gathering data for permit applications, submitting documentation to officials and other day-to-day duties.Prepare the project deliverables (technical reports, project performance documentations and engineering drawings, etc.).Prepare progress reports and present them to engineers and other personnel.Be aware and understand the Quality Policy.Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS.Be aware of the quality of his own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role.Answer contractor questions on behalf of the supervising engineer and serve as liaisons between engineering and construction personnel.RequirementsMore than 2 years experience in process engineeringWillingness to travel in Italy and abroadFluency in EnglishCompetenciesCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversityPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role ModelMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognize one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayEducationMaster's Degree in Chemical Engineering.#J-18808-Ljbffr
