Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities The Process Engineer will join a motivated international team, and he/she will be responsible for the improvement of the process using appropriate tools and applicable methodologies in compliance with Danfoss standards. Some of the job responsibilities on a day-to-day basis include:

Reviews of the KPI, monitoring systems, and uses technology to achieve goals. Development of all documents in support of the process (SOP, PFMEA, Drawings). Lead and support Lean projects (5S, SMED). Inputs and data analyses to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop the right workflows and processes. Supports activities to monitor, understand, and improve processes. Ensures that all Danfoss requirements regarding Health & Safety and Environment are fulfilled. Supports the creation of training documents and delivers training. Background & Skills The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:

Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Informatic Engineering, or equivalent area. Previous experience in driving and supporting innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions with a focus on digital ones. Experience gained in medium-structured companies or Engineering Consultancy organizations. Previous experience related to understanding and meeting internal/external customers' needs and expectations, within the development of solutions related to the optimization of processes. Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
