For our Danfoss Plant in Castel San Pietro , We are looking for a strong and passionate Process Engineer . You will work closely with Operations Department , in an international team, and you will be involved in the maintains and improves process capabilities using appropriate tools and applicable methodologies with focus on Digitalization and Manufacturing IT Systems.
Your goal will be to drive impactful improvements in the Operations . Successful applicants to the role must include strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously are necessary, and will take an active role in improving safety, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities The Process Engineer will join in a motivated international team, and he / she will be responsible of the improvement of the process using appropriate tools and applicable methodologies compliance with Danfoss Standard.
Some of the job responsibilities on a day-to-day basis include:
Reviews of the KPI, monitoring systems and uses technology to achieve goals Development of all the documents in support to the process (SOP, PFMEA, Drawings, etc.) Lean projects lead and support (5S, SMED, etc.) Inputs and data analyses to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop the right workflows and process. Supports the activities to monitor, understand and improve the processes. Ensures that all Danfoss requirements regarding Health & Safety, and Environment are fulfilled. Supports the creation of training documents and delivers training. The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Educational Background in Mechanical Engineer field, Informatic Engineer or equivalent area. Previous experience in driving and supporting innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions with focus on the Digital ones. Experience gained in medium structured companies or in Engineering Consultancy organizations. Previous experience related to understanding and meeting internal/external customers' needs and expectations, within the developing of solutions related to the optimization of processes.
