Thermal Ceramics Italiana ricerca la figura di Process Engineer (Ingegnere di processi) per ridurre le emissioni di CO2 ed ottimizzare l'efficienza energetica dell'impianto con nuove tecnologie e soluzioni innovative.
Mission: Identify and implement in the plant all the necessary actions to beat UE and Morgan Group CO2 regulations about carbon footprint (CO2 -50% by 2030 and 0 by 2050), water, waste and energy consumption, through continuous analysis and improvement, constant technological survey, collaboration with internal and external R&D and relevant players, preferring as much as possible renewable or sustainable energy sources.

Responsibilities: Through the analysis of large amount of data, identify and implement process parameters setup and changes that will improve gas/electricity consumption, quality of products and productivity of production lines.If data were not available, suggest suitable actions in order to arrange the automatic collection following their implementation on the shopfloor.Carry out gas/electricity survey to detect inefficiency and sources for improvement.Foster the use of renewable sources for energy.Implement and use mathematical and computer models mainly for kilns and related processes.Watch on specific aspects of compliance/regulatory (emissions, CO2, CO2…) keeping standards updated.In cooperation with Product Management, Operations and Quality, support new products launch and/or product changes.Contribute to CAPEX process, from feasibility to implementation.Follow the installation and validation of new equipment, the re-engineering and upgrade of existing ones.Investigate on new firing and burners technology in cooperation with central team and other plants of the group.Arrange and lead specific training for plant team.Qualifications: Engineering degreeAt least three years of experience in a manufacturing companyHave a developed sense of analysis and resolution of complex technical problems.Good proficiency in using process simulation and analysis tools.Basic knowledge of mechanical and chemical engineering.Have organizational skills and the capacity to manage priority.Be fluent in both Italian and English."Lean manufacturing" or WCM methods is a plus.Morgan Advanced Materials is an EEO/AA/M/W/D/V Employer
