Opportunity
We are looking for a Process Engineer. The objective of the position is to optimize the production process for assembly lines.
Your responsibilities will be: Managing the design of layouts in the production area Studying assembly solutions and workstation ergonomics Working on prototypes/pre-series of new products with the aim of optimizing the product, defining the best assembly sequence, cycle times, and the development of necessary equipment Participating in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement projects Preparing documentation to support production and safety instructions To be successful in this role you'll need to have: Degree in engineering or equivalent experience At least five years of experience in the role Ability to interpret technical drawings and projects Knowledge of the assembly process Attention to details Creativity and problem solving Excellent analytical and priority management skills Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills Fluent in English Nice to have: Experience in a manufacturing multi-site company Specific technical knowledge in the relevant sector Experience in a company with an internal metalwork department What we offer:
