Come Innovate Motion with us Process Engineer is responsible for keeping processes at high, stable quality level combined with high productivity on assembly line. Continuously improves processes regarding quality, productivity, cost, H&S and overall waste of resources. Provides leadership in solving process problems and provides training, education and referral of colleagues in procedures, processes and technology on the assembly line. Your Responsibilities Support the Process Engineering and Manufacturing department, through the coordination and follow up activities Optimize workstations and production lines Analyze and solve deviations found in process productivity or component quality Follow up the assembly processes Verify, organize and update specific production documents and reports Support the activity of estimation of RFQ for new products Participate in the whole industrialization process of new products - from feasibility study/evaluation to production start-up, following the JEPDS rules Support the production process optimization Support the automation program Take active part to the task force team in the CFM area Your Profile BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related Preferably one to three years of relevant professional experience in modern manufacturing environment Understanding of manufacturing and quality engineering principles and concepts Familiarity with process automation, product and process technology Experience in AI implementation and application in a specific manufacturing related project would be an asset Good technical English language skills: spoken and written Experience with Microsoft office and Power BI, knowledge of Ignition Scada software is considered an asset Proficient communication and presentation skills Prominent professional curiosity and willingness to learn Solid time management and communication skills What we offer
