We are looking for a candidate who will support in analyzing and developing MSC operational processes, ensuring the monitoring of data quality indicators and related reports.
Tasks may include: Assist in analyzing and improving operational processes. Provide support throughout all stages of operational process improvement implementation. Update the daily monitoring tool. Analyze and manage data quality in Italy across all processes. Contribute to specific projects aimed at systematically managing operational data quality. Coordinate our internal hub in managing data quality for Italy, issuing ad hoc instructions and assigning tasks. Competency Requirements: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong Italian communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Ability to work independently while also being a great team player. A positive, proactive mindset. Adaptable and supportive of innovative thinking. Solution-oriented approach. Experience with CRM systems. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
